The O.F.F.E.R. System is an independent method
for rating people who play Fantasy Football. The
ratings will be made available to websites, players,
magazines, and the leagues themselves for
advertising, ranking and seeding purposes.
O.F.F.E.R. will quantify the performance of the
hundreds of thousands of people who own
fantasy football teams. It will measure the
participants in multiple leagues with different
structures and prizes in order to rank the Top 100
Fantasy Football participants in the world.
O.F.F.E.R. also provides each contest with a
method to spread out the talent level across
multiple leagues to promote the best competition,
as well as create Invitational Tournaments for the
best players in the world.
